Typical Applications
PROCESS: FDA300 Series high-capacity thermostatic clean steam traps are used on clean steam applications, and for condensate drainage on CIP/SIP systems and various process vessels.
How It Works
This trap contains a welded 316L stainless steel thermal element that expands when heated and contracts when cooled. When air and subcooled condensate are present, the trap is in an open discharge position. When steam reaches the trap, the element expands, closing the trap tightly.

Typical Applications
DRIP: The FDA800 Series thermodynamic clean steam traps are used as drip traps on steam mains in CIP/SIP systems and drainage for separators and filters
How It Works
Using the thermodynamic properties of flash steam, this trap features a disc that is pushed open by incoming condensate, then closes tightly when steam enters the trap. Because it normally operates in an open position, condensate is continuously discharged from the line. Steam entering the trap creates an internal pressure that forces the valve to close tightly, preventing the steam from escaping.

How It Works
The ISC16 high efficiency filters are used to remove contaminated particles from gases such as steam and compressed air. The optimized construction of these units offers low differential pressure at high flow rates. All sizes are built in two halves. Up to 3” / DN 80 they are joined by a food industry fitting according to DIN 11851 and the larger sizes DN 100 to DN 200 by flat flanges fixed with bolts and nuts. The filter elements (replaceable) are made of sintered austenitic stainless steel.

How It Works
ADCA sample coolers are specially designed to cool samples of boiler water or steam for analysis. Sample coolers prevent steam flashing-off from hot pressurized liquid samples, which can be dangerous and may result in an incorrect water sample. This device may be used for boiler water analysis and other sampling or cooling applications compatible with the construction materials.
Will be assembled and packaged in a clean room certified according to ISO 14644-1. These products are end capped and sealed with recyclable thermo-shrinkable plastic film, to avoid contamination.

Typical Applications
When wet steam is used in sterilization, moisture in suspension reduces the heat transfer efficiency, and the validity of the sterilization process can be compromised. S10H series baffle separators remove moisture from steam pipelines. Steam passes through the separator and as a result of expansion, impact and swirling effects, the particles with a heavier specific gravity are separated, such as water droplets and moisture in suspension. The condensate collected at the bottom of the separator must be automatically drained by a suitable steam trap.
