Sterilizer Steam and Feedwater Quality
SSI evaluates the utility conditions that influence sterilizer performance, including steam dryness, superheat, non-condensable gases, feedwater quality, and distribution conditions.
Testing and evaluation are aligned with applicable ANSI/AAMI ST79, ANSI/AAMI ST108, and EN 285 requirements. ST108 is critical because it establishes water-quality requirements for medical-device processing, including the water used to generate steam that directly contacts the sterilization load.
Domestic Hot Water and Operating-Room Humidification
SSI evaluates the system, identifies the underlying cause, and can provide engineering, equipment, installation, startup, commissioning, and performance verification for domestic hot-water and humidification problems.
